- Customer orders. Buyer pays you the retail price. Their order data flows to our system automatically (integration) or you forward us the SKU + size + address (manual).
- We charge you the wholesale price. Wholesale = blank cost + print + EU VAT + fulfillment fee. Auto-debited from your billing card or balance.
- We print, pack & ship within 1–3 working days. Direct to your customer's address. Tracking number pushed back to your order so the customer gets a "shipped" email automatically.

Can I sell on Etsy with print on demand?
Yes. Our Etsy integration uses official OAuth connection (no scraping, no policy risk), pulls orders every 5 minutes and pushes back tracking numbers. We auto-generate product mockups you can use for Etsy listing photos. EU VAT-compliant invoicing for buyers in EU countries.
How long does fulfillment take from order to ship?
1–3 working days from order placed to shipping label generated. For Cyprus and Greece end customers, total door-to-door is 4–9 working days. EU 5–10 days, UK/CH 6–12 days, US 9–17 days. No surprise customs delays because every order ships from inside the EU.

Yes — and you should. Once a design hits ~€5,000/month or ~150 units/month, switching to bulk production on that SKU saves 30–40% on unit cost. We keep your POD account active for the rest of the catalog and add bulk-produced inventory to a warehouse for that hero design.
Do you handle customer returns & exchanges?
Returns for size or change-of-mind are handled by you (your store, your policy). Returns for our defects (faulty print, wrong size shipped, fabric flaw) are handled directly by us — re-print and re-ship at our cost, no charge to your account. 30-day window from delivery.
