The rates below are pulled from our live Shopify carrier system — what you'll see at checkout, calculated automatically by destination country and parcel weight. No surprises, no hidden surcharges, no "final-mile" fees.
Free local pickup at our Paphos studio for Cyprus customers. Domestic Cyprus delivery is a flat €4.00 (Akis Express, 1–2 working days). Why we ship from Cyprus
Cyprus is in the EU customs union and the eurozone. That means EU/EEA customers pay zero customs duty and zero import VAT on top of the price you see — VAT is included at our cart, the parcel clears EU border without paperwork. Compared to ordering from a UK or US printer post-Brexit, you typically save 20–25 % on landed cost and avoid handling fees.
From Larnaca our parcels reach Greece in 2–4 days, Germany / Benelux / France in 3–5, the rest of the EU in 3–6 working days. Every shipment is tracked, insured up to €100, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for EU and UK destinations.

Heavier orders. Each additional ~220 g (one extra tee, half a hoodie) adds the next weight band. A typical 5-tee bundle to Germany ships at €6.70. A 5-tee bundle to the USA ships at €33.14. Exact figure shown live at checkout based on your cart contents.
VAT & duties. All EU and UK orders are DDP — VAT is included in the prices on this site, no customs paperwork or extra fees on delivery. USA/Canada/AU orders ship DDU; any local sales tax is collected by the carrier on import (typically <€10 on a single garment).
Cyprus customers — pickup & local delivery
- Studio pickup — FREE. Collect from our Paphos print studio same-day on weekdays. We email you the moment the order is ready.
- Akis Express door delivery — €4.00. Tracked island-wide, 1–2 working days to all major towns (Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Famagusta, Paralimni).
- Free shipping over €150. Akis fee waived automatically at checkout.
- Need rush? Same-day Paphos couriers can be arranged for €15 if ordered before 12:00 EET — email info@shirtaki.io.
EU customers — DDP, no surprise fees
- Cheapest EU rate: Germany €2.64 for a single tee — our highest-volume destination, dedicated tendering line.
- Most of the EU at €3.49 for a single tee, scaling by ~€1 per extra garment.
- VAT included in the prices on shirtaki.io. EU customers see one price, pay one price.
- No customs paperwork. Cyprus is in the EU customs union — parcels move as intra-EU shipments.
- Free shipping over €150 applies in all EU zones.
UK customers post-Brexit
- UK orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). VAT and any landed duty are pre-paid by Shirtaki, included at our checkout.
- You will never receive a customs bill or handling fee on delivery — no Royal Mail / DHL surprise invoices.
- Average transit: 4–7 working days. We have two UK service tiers depending on parcel size; checkout picks the cheapest.
- Returning a UK order? Use the prepaid label we email you — duty paid is reclaimed automatically.
USA, Canada, Australia & rest of world
- USA / Canada / Australia: from €10.65 for a single garment, fully tracked from Paphos to your door via Hellenic Post → USPS / Canada Post / Australia Post.
- Delivery: 5–10 working days US/CA, 7–14 working days Australia.
- Sent DDU. Local sales tax (US state tax / Canadian GST/HST / Australia GST) is collected by the carrier on import. Typically <€10 on a single garment.
- Rest-of-world (Asia, Africa, Latin America): tracked international, 7–21 working days from €8.52.
Production lead time & cut-off
- 1–24 pieces: printed and dispatched within 24–48 h. Order before 14:00 EET (UTC+2/+3) on a weekday — usually ships same day.
- 25–99 pieces (small wholesale): 3–5 working days production, then dispatch.
- 100+ pieces (bulk & corporate): 5–7 working days production. We ship a free physical sample for sign-off on orders ≥100 before bulk production begins.
- Rush production: available case-by-case (typical surcharge 15–25 %) — email info@shirtaki.io with your deadline.
- Public holidays. Cyprus public holidays may delay dispatch by 1 working day. We post the calendar in FAQ.
Tracking, late parcels & lost shipments
- Tracking link by email the moment the parcel leaves the studio. Account holders also see live status on the order history page.
- Late parcel? If we miss our stated dispatch window, we refund shipping. If the carrier exceeds the upper bound of the delivery window above, contact us — we open a trace within 1 hour.
- Transit damage (torn box, wet parcel, crushed garment): photo to info@shirtaki.io, replacement printed and dispatched same day. No need to ship anything back.
- Lost in transit: declared lost after 21 days no scan (EU) / 35 days (international). Full refund or free reprint & reship — your choice.
- Wrong address? Email us within 30 min of order — we can correct it before pick-up. After dispatch, we file a re-direct with the carrier (carrier fees apply).
Shipping FAQ
How fast does Shirtaki actually ship?
For orders of 1–24 garments placed before 14:00 EET on a weekday: same-day dispatch in >90 % of cases. After-hours and weekend orders: next working day. From dispatch, transit ranges 1–2 days (Cyprus) to 14 days (Australia, rest-of-world).
Is shipping free?
Studio pickup in Paphos is always free. Door-delivery is free on Cyprus orders over €150 and EU orders over €150. Outside Cyprus and the EU, shipping is calculated by destination and weight — see the table above.
Will I pay extra customs / duty / handling fees on delivery?
EU customers: no. Prices include VAT, no customs handling. UK customers: no — we ship DDP, all UK VAT & duty pre-paid. USA/Canada/Australia: usually a small local sales tax collected by the carrier on import (typically <€10 on one garment).
What carriers do you use?
Hellenic Post Cyprus is our primary tendering line for international shipments. Last-mile is handled by the destination's national post (USPS, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post / DHL, La Poste, Canada Post, Australia Post, etc.) or a private carrier (Akis Cyprus, GLS, DHL Express) depending on speed tier.
Can I get express / next-day shipping?
Cyprus only: yes, same-day Paphos courier €15 if ordered before 12:00 EET. International express via DHL Express is available on request — email info@shirtaki.io with your destination and we quote within 1 hour.
Why is Germany cheaper than Greece?
We ship enough volume to Germany every week to qualify for a tiered rate from Hellenic Post. The €2.64 rate is genuinely real — pulled live from Shopify's carrier system.
My parcel is late — what do I do?
If your order is past the delivery window upper bound (e.g. day 8 for Germany, day 11 for the USA), email info@shirtaki.io with your order number. We open a carrier trace within 1 hour. If declared lost (21 days EU / 35 days international, no scan) we refund or reprint at your choice — no questions, no proof needed.
Do you ship to PO boxes / Packstations / Aramex Shop & Ship?
Yes — PO boxes via Hellenic Post / national post. DHL Packstation and Hermes ParcelShops in Germany: yes, enter the locker code in the address line 2 field. Aramex Shop & Ship: yes, use your S&S address as normal.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Within 30 minutes of placing an order: email us, we correct it before printing. After printing has started, we can request a re-direct with the carrier; this usually works for €5–€15 in carrier fees and costs you 1–2 extra days.
Can I pick up my order from your studio?
Yes — Cyprus customers can choose Pickup at our Paphos studio at checkout, free of charge. We email you the moment the order is ready (typically same day).
Do you deliver to islands & remote zones (Greek islands, Scottish Highlands, Canary Islands)?
Yes — same flat zone rate, same delivery window. Our carrier system already includes remote-area surcharges in the published rate. No upsell at checkout.
What about returns shipping?
If the issue is on us (defect, wrong size shipped, wrong design) we cover return shipping with a prepaid label. See returns & reprints for the full policy. For change-of-mind on blank garments, customer pays the return label.
Is the parcel insured?
All international shipments are insured up to €100 by Hellenic Post. For higher-value orders (e.g. wholesale), we add additional carrier insurance free of charge.
