Defect? Wrong size? We reprint. Simple.

We want you to love every piece you order. Because custom prints are made-to-order they can't be resold — so we handle returns slightly differently from blank apparel. Here's exactly how it works.

Custom printed pieces

Custom prints are made for you from scratch, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. However, we reprint or refund — free, no questions — in these cases, within 30 days of delivery:

  • Print defect. Cracking, smudging, wrong placement, wrong colour.
  • Wrong item shipped. Wrong size, wrong garment, wrong design.
  • Transit damage. Tears, staining, water damage in shipping.
  • Fabric defect. Holes, stitching failures, mislabelled sizes.

Just email info@shirtaki.io with a photo. We usually reply in under an hour on weekdays.

Blank (non-printed) apparel

Blank, unprinted garments follow a standard 30-day return window:

  • Unworn, unwashed, tags attached.
  • Must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refund processed within 5 working days of receipt, to your original payment method.
  • Return shipping covered by you unless the item was defective.
