Most "corporate merch" in Cyprus follows the same depressing arc: someone picks the cheapest 130 g/m² promo tee, the supplier slaps a heat-pressed logo on it, the team wears it once at the conference, and by month three it's a paint rag. We're trying to fix that.

Shirtaki produces bulk custom apparel for companies, agencies, conferences, sports clubs, hospitality groups and NGOs across Cyprus and Greece. Same retail-grade blanks we use in our own shop, same DTG and DTF print methods, full EU VAT-compliant invoicing, dedicated project manager from quote to delivery. What's included in every quote: garment + print + EU VAT + tracked shipping to one address + dedicated project manager + free digital mockup. Never added afterwards: setup fees, screen fees, "rush" surcharges, per-colour fees, artwork-handling fees. One quote, that's the price.
📐 Multi-size split: Standard split is XS:5% / S:15% / M:30% / L:30% / XL:15% / XXL:5%. We can match any custom split if you tell us upfront. Splits don't affect price.
🧵 Multi-position prints: Front + back add ~€2–€3 per piece. Sleeve / chest-tag prints add ~€1.50. Embroidery adds €4–€8 depending on stitch count.

How a bulk corporate order actually works

Eight steps from first email to receipt at your office. We won't pretend it's three steps and a "magic moment" — every step exists for a reason and skipping one is how 200 t-shirts end up the wrong shade of navy.

  1. Brief by email. Garment type, target quantity, deadline, artwork (or "we don't have one yet"), delivery address, contact person. 5–10 minutes of typing on your side.
  2. Quote + mockup within 24 working hours. Real numbers — garment, print, VAT, shipping. Plus a digital mockup of the artwork on the chosen blank in your brand colour.
  3. Approve quote. Email confirmation is enough; for bulk > €1,500 we issue a pro-forma invoice for procurement workflow.
  4. Sample (optional, recommended above 50 units). Paid at the 1-piece price, credited against bulk invoice on approval. We post a physical sample to your address; you sign off in writing.
  5. Production. 3–5 working days for tees, 4–7 for hoodies + embroidery. Larger runs take longer — we publish the actual delivery date in the order confirmation.
  6. QC at our facility. Every piece is inspected before pack-out. Print alignment, colour, fabric flaws, size labels, individual bagging if requested.
  7. Tracked shipping to your address(es). One address standard. Multi-address split (head office + 4 regional) +€10 per additional address.
  8. Final invoice + delivery report. EU VAT-compliant invoice, packing list, photos of the bagged-up product. 30-day window for any defect re-print or refund.

💳 Payment methods: Bank transfer (SEPA + SWIFT), credit / debit card via Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Not accepted: cash on delivery, cheques, crypto. Payment due before production start unless agreed terms in writing.

Bulk & corporate orders FAQ

The questions every procurement officer, marketing manager and event organiser asks before signing off a corporate apparel order in Cyprus or Greece.

What's the minimum order quantity for bulk pricing?

Volume pricing kicks in at 25 pieces of the same garment (mixed sizes & colours within the same blank are fine). Below 25 pieces, the retail price on the product page applies — still no setup fees, just no volume discount.

How fast can you turn around a corporate t-shirt order in Cyprus?

For 25–250 pieces: 7–11 working days from artwork approval to delivery in Cyprus. For 250–1,000 pieces: 10–14 working days. For deadline-bound jobs (festival, conference) we offer expedited production at no rush surcharge if the deadline is communicated upfront.

Do you offer EU VAT reverse-charge invoicing for Greek companies?

Yes. We validate your Greek VAT number through VIES and issue an intra-community reverse-charge invoice. The same applies for any EU VAT-registered business outside Cyprus.

Can you split delivery across multiple addresses?

Yes. Standard rate is +€10 per additional shipping address. Each address gets its own packing list, tracking number and delivery confirmation. Common for companies with regional offices or multi-venue events.

Do you provide samples before a bulk corporate order?

Yes — strongly recommended above 50 units, required above 200 units. Sample is charged at the 1-piece retail price and credited against the bulk invoice on approval. Average sample turnaround: 5–7 working days.

Can we use our existing brand colour Pantone codes?

For DTG/DTF prints, we colour-match against your Pantone reference within ΔE ≤ 3 (which is virtually indistinguishable to the human eye). For embroidery we match thread to your Pantone within the standard Madeira / Robison-Anton thread library.

Do you offer dedicated account management for repeat corporate orders?

Yes. After the first order, you're assigned a single point of contact for all future briefs. Re-orders of approved designs typically skip the mockup step and go straight to production — usually 1–2 days faster than a new design.

What if a piece arrives faulty or off-spec?

30-day re-print or refund window from delivery date. Email a photo, that's the entire RMA process — no forms, no tickets, no "send it back first". Faulty pieces don't need to be returned for re-print orders below 50 pieces.

Do you offer co-branded merch for sponsor partnerships?

Yes. Common setup is your logo on front, sponsor logo(s) on back / sleeve. We handle artwork lock-up and review with both parties before production. Used heavily for sports clubs, festivals and conferences.

Can we get an EU sustainability statement for our ESG report?

Yes. One-page supplier sustainability statement plus OEKO-TEX certificate copies within 48 hours of request. For larger tenders we can provide GOTS-certified organic cotton sourcing documentation and full supply-chain audit summary.
