B2B · Cyprus · Greece · EU ProductionBulk custom apparel for Cyprus & Greek companies. Branded t-shirts, hoodies, polos, caps and bags — printed in the EU on retail-grade blanks. Volume pricing from 25 pieces, EU VAT invoicing, dedicated account contact, delivery to one or many addresses in 7–14 working days.
Most "corporate merch" in Cyprus follows the same depressing arc: someone picks the cheapest 130 g/m² promo tee, the supplier slaps a heat-pressed logo on it, the team wears it once at the conference, and by month three it's a paint rag. We're trying to fix that.
Shirtaki produces bulk custom apparel for companies, agencies, conferences, sports clubs, hospitality groups and NGOs across Cyprus and Greece. Same retail-grade blanks we use in our own shop, same DTG and DTF print methods, full EU VAT-compliant invoicing, dedicated project manager from quote to delivery. No setup fees, no per-colour fees, no minimum-25-of-the-same-size nonsense.
This page is the long version: what we make, how pricing works at volume, how to brief us, how delivery and invoicing actually work for B2B in Cyprus and Greece, and the answers to the questions every procurement person asks. If you just want a quote — email us a brief, get a real number plus mockup back within one working day.
Six product lines cover ~95% of corporate briefs. If you need something we haven't listed — performance gear, technical jackets, water bottles, tote bags in unusual fabrics — ask. We source through EU partner mills.
Indicative bands for our heavy oversized t-shirt with a single-position front print. Final quote depends on garment, blank weight, print method, number of print positions and shipping address. Hoodies, polos and jackets quoted separately.

Eight steps from first email to receipt at your office. We won't pretend it's three steps and a "magic moment" — every step exists for a reason and skipping one is how 200 t-shirts end up the wrong shade of navy.
A non-exhaustive sample from the last twelve months. Each one started as an email from a marketing manager, HR lead, conference organiser or office manager.
120–500 t-shirts for attendees + 30 hoodies for organisers. Multi-size split, individually-bagged with sticker pack, delivered to a Limassol or Athens hotel two days before the event. Print: DTG on heavy oversized blank.
Hotel, restaurant or beach-club staff uniforms. 80–250 polos with embroidered chest logo, replaced seasonally. Performance fabric for FOH, classic cotton for kitchen, branded apron set on top.
Campaign t-shirts in two design variants, often co-branded with partners. 200–800 pieces, organic cotton on request, multi-address shipping to volunteer leads across Cyprus & Greece.
Season kit: training tees, hoodies, caps, gym bags. 50–150 pieces with sponsor logos in 3–5 print positions. DTF on polyester-blend tees so the print survives weekly training abuse.
Faculty, sports day, alumni, freshers' week. Multiple colour-ways from one design template. Cyprus and Greek universities run seasonal orders — usually 100–500 pieces with 4–6 weeks lead time.
Crew + staff + VIP merch in three tiers of branding. 200–1,000 pieces with print on front (event logo), back (sponsor stack), sleeve (year). Black or charcoal blanks, DTF for vivid colour on dark fabric.

Procurement-friendly. We've issued invoices to companies in Cyprus, Greece and across the EU. Below is exactly how it works — no "let's discuss in a call" answers.
For tender questionnaires and procurement compliance — here's what we can document. Real certifications, not greenwashing claims.
The questions every procurement officer, marketing manager and event organiser asks before signing off a corporate apparel order in Cyprus or Greece.
Volume pricing kicks in at 25 pieces of the same garment (mixed sizes & colours within the same blank are fine). Below 25 pieces, the retail price on the product page applies — still no setup fees, just no volume discount.
For 25–250 pieces: 7–11 working days from artwork approval to delivery in Cyprus. For 250–1,000 pieces: 10–14 working days. For deadline-bound jobs (festival, conference) we offer expedited production at no rush surcharge if the deadline is communicated upfront.
Yes. We validate your Greek VAT number through VIES and issue an intra-community reverse-charge invoice. The same applies for any EU VAT-registered business outside Cyprus.
Yes. Standard rate is +€10 per additional shipping address. Each address gets its own packing list, tracking number and delivery confirmation. Common for companies with regional offices or multi-venue events.
Yes — strongly recommended above 50 units, required above 200 units. Sample is charged at the 1-piece retail price and credited against the bulk invoice on approval. Average sample turnaround: 5–7 working days.
For DTG/DTF prints, we colour-match against your Pantone reference within ΔE ≤ 3 (which is virtually indistinguishable to the human eye). For embroidery we match thread to your Pantone within the standard Madeira / Robison-Anton thread library.
Yes. After the first order, you're assigned a single point of contact for all future briefs. Re-orders of approved designs typically skip the mockup step and go straight to production — usually 1–2 days faster than a new design.
30-day re-print or refund window from delivery date. Email a photo, that's the entire RMA process — no forms, no tickets, no "send it back first". Faulty pieces don't need to be returned for re-print orders below 50 pieces.
Yes. Common setup is your logo on front, sponsor logo(s) on back / sleeve. We handle artwork lock-up and review with both parties before production. Used heavily for sports clubs, festivals and conferences.
Yes. One-page supplier sustainability statement plus OEKO-TEX certificate copies within 48 hours of request. For larger tenders we can provide GOTS-certified organic cotton sourcing documentation and full supply-chain audit summary.
