The hoodie is the hardest garment to get right.

Anyone can print a t-shirt. Hoodies are different. The fabric is heavier, the construction has more failure points (the hood, the kangaroo pocket, the rib cuffs, the drawcords), and the print method has to survive a fleece surface that's not flat, not smooth and not always cooperative. Get any of those wrong and you end up with a £30 hoodie that pills in the wash, a print that cracks after three months, or — worst case — a hood that won't actually go up because somebody saved €0.40 on cord stoppers.

This page is the long answer to "where can I get a custom hoodie printed in Cyprus that doesn't fall apart". We make our own hoodies in retail-grade weights from 320 g/m² up to 500 g/m², print on them with DTG, DTF, embroidery and screen-print, and ship across Cyprus and Greece directly from EU production — no transcontinental shipping, no customs delays, no surprise import VAT.

Whether you need one custom hoodie for yourself, 30 zip hoodies for your office team, or 500 heavyweight pullovers for a sports club season — same retail-grade blanks, same printing, same EU production. Volume just means a better per-piece price.

The four hoodie blanks we offer

Four blanks cover everything from "first-ever hoodie drop" to "pro sports club training kit". All four are 100% (or near-100%) cotton brushed-back fleece, EU mill, OEKO-TEX certified inks, with double-needle stitching at all stress points.

Classic Pullover Hoodie — 320 g/m²

Regular fit · Unisex · 12 colours

  • 320 g/m² ring-spun cotton / polyester blend
  • Double-layer hood, flat 8 mm drawcord
  • Kangaroo pocket with reinforced stitching
  • Ribbed cuffs and hem (2×2 rib)
  • Sizes XS–3XL, women's cut available

Best for: office staff, casual brand drops, university merch. The "you can wear it all year" hoodie.

Heavyweight Pullover — 400 g/m²

Oversized fit · Unisex · 10 colours

  • 400 g/m² heavy brushed-back fleece
  • Drop-shoulder oversized cut
  • Reinforced double-layer hood & cuff

Regular fit · Unisex · 8 colours

  • 380 g/m² brushed cotton/poly blend
  • YKK metal zipper, custom puller available
  • Side pockets with internal lining
  • Double-layer hood with metal eyelets
  • Sizes XS–3XL

Best for: hospitality staff, layering pieces, "smart-casual" team kit. Works over a polo.

Ultra-Heavy Pullover — 500 g/m²

Boxy fit · Unisex · 6 colours

  • 500 g/m² super-heavy brushed loopback
  • Boxy cropped cut (modern streetwear silhouette)
  • Self-fabric trims (no rib cuffs)
  • Premium garment dye finish
  • Sizes XS–2XL

Best for: limited drops, premium brand merch, "this is the only hoodie I own". Heaviest blank we offer.

Why g/m² (GSM) matters more than the price tag: A €25 promo hoodie is usually 220 g/m² — too thin to feel premium, too thin to last more than a season. The retail brands you actually wear (Carhartt, Champion Reverse Weave, ARTKB, etc.) sit between 360 and 500 g/m². Our entry blank starts at 320, which is already heavier than most "branded merch" you've ever received at a conference.

Print methods for hoodies — which one fits

Hoodie fleece is harder to print on than a flat tee. The fabric absorbs ink differently, the surface has more texture, and the print has to flex without cracking. Each method below has a specific sweet spot — pick wrong and you'll be re-ordering in 6 months.

DTG (Direct-to-Garment)

Best for: photo prints, complex artwork, full-colour designs

  • Unlimited colours, including photo gradients
  • Soft hand-feel, ink absorbs into the fleece
  • Excellent on white & light-colour hoodies
  • Single-piece-friendly — no setup cost
  • OEKO-TEX certified water-based inks

⚠️ Slightly less vibrant on dark fleece — for black hoodies with bright designs, DTF wins.

DTF (Direct-to-Film transfer)

Best for: dark hoodies, vivid colours, high-contrast designs

  • Same vivid colour on black fleece as on white
  • More elastic film handles fleece pile better
  • Excellent durability — survives the wash cycle
  • Ideal for sports clubs & festival kit
  • Slightly visible film edge on close inspection

Our default for hoodies on charcoal, black, navy, or any dark base.

Embroidery

Best for: chest logos, premium feel, corporate & uniform use

  • Stitched logo — premium tactile finish
  • Up to 12 thread colours per logo
  • Pantone-matched against Madeira / Robison-Anton
  • Lasts the lifetime of the garment
  • Best at 5–10 cm logo sizes (chest, sleeve, hood)

Detailed below in the embroidery section.

Screen Print (only on bulk)

Best for: 100+ pieces of the same design, 1–4 colour artwork

  • Best per-piece price at high volume
  • Plastisol or water-based ink options
  • Setup fee per colour (recovered by volume)
  • 1–4 colours optimal, 5+ gets expensive fast
  • Heavy ink lay — vintage / streetwear feel

We don't recommend screen print below 100 pieces — DTF wins on cost & flexibility.

Embroidered hoodies — when stitching beats printing

An embroidered hoodie is the difference between "branded merch" and "actual apparel". Stitched logos sit on top of the fleece, never crack, never fade, and read as premium even in low-light photography. Here's when to choose embroidery — and when not to.

✅ Choose embroidery when:
  • Logo is small (5–10 cm chest / sleeve)
  • Solid colours, max 6–10 thread shades
  • Corporate / uniform use — wants premium feel
  • Hoodie is dark (embroidery shows beautifully)
  • You want a logo that survives 100+ wash cycles
❌ Skip embroidery when:
  • Design is large back-print or full-front graphic
  • Photo / gradient / soft-edge artwork (not stitchable)
  • More than 10 colours in the logo
  • Tiny details below 3 mm thickness
  • Lightweight hoodie below 320 g/m² (will pucker)

Standard chest embroidery on our 400 or 500 g/m² blanks runs at €7–€10 extra per hoodie, depending on stitch count. Sleeve and back-of-neck embroidery the same. Combined "embroidered chest + DTF back" is a popular setup for sports clubs and festival staff — premium chest logo, vibrant back graphic, single garment.

Artwork prep — what to send us

Hoodies are forgiving with artwork compared to fine cotton tees, but a few specs make the difference between a good print and a great one.

  1. Vector ideal, high-res raster acceptable. SVG / AI / EPS / PDF preferred. PNG with transparent background at 300 dpi at print size works fine. JPEG with white box around it = no.
  2. Print size — go bigger on hoodies. Hoodies have more real estate than tees. Standard front print runs 28×35 cm; back prints 30×40 cm. Send artwork sized to roughly that, or note "scale to fit".
  3. Colour mode: CMYK or sRGB. If brand colours matter, include the Pantone reference. We colour-match within ΔE ≤ 3 on DTG/DTF — visually indistinguishable from your spec.
  4. Outline your fonts. If you don't have the licence, send us the font name and we'll buy it for you (€10–€40 cost passed through).
  5. Tell us the placement. Front centre? Off-centre chest? Wrap-around back? Send a quick mockup or describe in text — we'll send back our digital mockup for sign-off before production.
📄 Don't have artwork yet? Our in-house design team builds custom hoodie artwork from a brief — typography lockups, mascot illustrations, photo composites. Quoted at €60–€350 depending on complexity. Mockup ready in 2–4 working days.

Delivery & production timelines

Hoodies take 1–2 days longer than t-shirts in production — heavier fabric, more print real estate, embroidery if applicable. Below is the full timeline from artwork approval to delivery, by region.

Wash care & how long the print lasts

A hoodie that lives in a wardrobe for years gets washed 80–150 times. Here's how to make sure your print is still vivid at wash 100, not cracked at wash 20.

Wash care

  • Inside-out at 30 °C max
  • Mild detergent — no bleach, no fabric softener
  • Gentle cycle if you have one
  • Air-dry hanging or flat — no tumble dryer
  • Iron inside-out only, never directly on the print

How long the print lasts

  • DTG / DTF rated 50+ wash cycles before visible fade
  • Embroidery outlasts the garment itself
  • Screen print 60–80 wash cycles, depending on ink
  • Avoid pressing creases through the print
  • Drying at high heat is the #1 print-killer — skip the dryer
If a print fails within 30 wash cycles under correct care, we re-print or refund — no inspection of the failed garment required for orders below 50 pieces. Photo evidence is enough.

Custom hoodie printing — FAQ

The questions everyone asks before placing their first custom hoodie order in Cyprus or Greece. If yours isn't here, just email us — we reply same working day.

Can I order just one custom hoodie in Cyprus?

Yes. Single-piece custom hoodies are our standard offer — same retail-grade blanks (320 / 400 / 500 g/m²), same EU production, same 7–10 working day delivery in Cyprus. No setup fees, no minimums.

What's the heaviest hoodie blank you offer?

500 g/m² ultra-heavy boxy pullover — the heaviest blank we stock. Compared with retail: Carhartt Acrylic Watch Cap is ~360 g/m², Champion Reverse Weave is ~340 g/m², most "premium streetwear" hoodies sit at 380–450 g/m². Our 500 sits at the top of that range.

How fast can I get a custom hoodie delivered to Nicosia or Limassol?

Single-piece custom hoodie: 7–10 working days from artwork approval to your door in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca or Paphos. Embroidery adds 1 working day. Bulk runs (50+) take 9–14 working days depending on quantity.

DTG vs DTF — which print method should I choose for my hoodie?

Light-colour hoodie (white, cream, light grey, pastel) with photo / gradient / many colours: DTG. Dark hoodie (black, navy, charcoal, burgundy) with vivid graphic or high-contrast design: DTF. Both are equally durable; DTF just handles dark fleece better. We default to DTF on dark hoodies unless you specifically request DTG.

Can you embroider a custom logo on a hoodie?

Yes — chest, sleeve, hood and back-of-neck embroidery available on all four blanks. Best for solid logos with up to 10 thread colours. €7–€10 extra per piece for chest, €10–€14 for larger placements. Pantone-matched against the Madeira / Robison-Anton thread library.

Do you offer zip-up hoodies?

Yes — 380 g/m² zip-up with YKK metal zipper, side pockets and double-layer hood. Available in 8 colours, sizes XS–3XL. Same print methods (DTG, DTF, embroidery) and same single-piece minimum apply.

How much does a bulk order of 50 hoodies cost in Cyprus?

50 × 400 g/m² heavyweight hoodies with single front DTF print: approx. €1,950 net (€39/pc), all-in including EU VAT and tracked shipping to one Cyprus or Greek address. Add €7–€10 per piece for embroidery. Real quote with mockup within 24 working hours of brief.

How long does the print last on a hoodie?

DTG and DTF prints survive 50+ wash cycles before any visible fade if you wash inside-out at 30 °C and skip the tumble dryer. Embroidery outlasts the garment itself. Screen print: 60–80 cycles depending on ink type.

Can I match the hoodie colour to my brand Pantone?

Blanks come in our standard palette (12 colours on the 320 g/m², 10 on the 400, 6 on the 500, 8 on the zip-up). For exact Pantone-matched blanks, we offer custom-dyed runs at 100+ pieces — quoted on brief. For Pantone-matched print, we colour-match within ΔE ≤ 3 on every order.

Do you ship custom hoodies to Greece?

Yes. Delivery to Athens or Thessaloniki: 7–10 working days for single-piece, 9–14 days for bulk. Other Greek cities and islands: add 2 days. EU VAT reverse-charge invoicing for Greek VAT-registered companies.
