Cyprus · Greece · EU ProductionCustom t-shirt printing in Cyprus & Greece, printed on retail-grade EU blanks. DTG & DTF, no minimum order, no setup fees — order one tee or 500 for the team. EU delivery in 7–14 working days.
If you've spent five minutes searching for custom t-shirt printing in Cyprus, you already noticed the problem: half the results are local print shops with 50-piece minimums and a Word document for a price list, the other half are global print-on-demand sites that ship from Eastern Europe and add €18 of customs paperwork to a €15 tee.
Shirtaki sits in the middle on purpose. We print inside the EU on the same retail-grade blanks we sell in our own shop, deliver to Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Famagusta in 7–14 working days, and we do it whether you order one shirt or eight hundred. No setup fees. No "minimum 25 of the same colour". No phone calls about a +€8 "screen burn".
This page is the long-form version of how it actually works — print methods, blanks, pricing tiers, wash durability, delivery times by city. If you just want a quote, the fastest way is to email us your idea — price + mockup back within one working day.
We use two digital print methods. We don't run traditional screen printing — for 99% of jobs, one of these two does the same thing better, faster and cheaper. Here's the honest difference.

Don't know which? Send the artwork and we'll tell you straight — including which one we'd pick if it were our money. Deeper guide to DTG → Why DTF replaces screen printing →
We don't print on the cheap 130 g/m² promo tees you'll find on most "custom t-shirt" sites. The blanks below are the same ones we use for our own retail line. If you've held a Shirtaki shirt, you know the weight.
For single pieces, the retail price on the product page is the price — no hidden fees, VAT included. For 25+ identical pieces, volume rates kick in. For B2B above 100 units, we quote a custom contract. The brackets below are indicative for our heavy oversized tee with a single front print; final quote depends on artwork complexity, garment colour and shipping address.
| Quantity | Approx. price / piece | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| 1–24 | Retail (€26.99) | Personal, sample, gift, content shoot |
| 25–99 | ~€21–€23 | Small team, capsule drop, café staff |
| 100–499 | ~€17–€19 | Festival crew, large event, conference |
| 500+ | Quoted (~€14–€16) | Brand drop, sports club season, corporate |
We print inside the EU and ship through our courier partners. From artwork approval to your door, here's the realistic timeline by city — not the optimistic version, the actual one.
| City / region | Door-to-door time | Same-day pickup |

Production: 3–5 working days · Transit Cyprus: 4–7 working days · No customs delays — we ship from inside the EU. For deadline-bound jobs (festival, conference, anniversary) we offer expedited production at no rush surcharge if you tell us the deadline upfront.
Three lanes depending on what you've got. All three lead to a real print — no judgemental "you need a vector file or we can't help" reply.
Short version: yes, for at least 60 wash cycles, if you don't actively try to destroy it. Our prints are wash-tested at the production facility before the printer is signed off — we don't ship with a method that fails after ten washes.
A non-exhaustive sample of jobs we've shipped in the last twelve months. Each one came in as an email starting with "is this something you do?".
15–40 staff tees in 2–3 colour ways, logo on chest, sometimes a phrase on the back. Classic regular-fit blank, DTF print so it survives the dishwasher-adjacent life of a kitchen tee.
50–250 black tees with "CREW" or "STAFF" on the back in a high-vis colour. Turned around in 7–10 days when the brief is locked early. DTF, because security tees take a beating.
25–100 oversized heavy tees with a graphic-heavy front print, hem-tag and hangtag. DTG on the heavy oversized blank for the soft-hand vintage feel small brands want.
30–80 tees with sponsor logos on chest, back & sleeve. DTF on a polyester-blend sports tee so the print doesn't peel after every training session.
Birthdays, leaving presents, bachelor parties, "mine-and-his". Single piece, full-quality print, retail-grade blank. Open the design studio and you're done in 10 minutes.
100–500 tees for a tech / startup / industry event. Multi-size split, individually-bagged option, delivered to a single hotel address two days before the event. Quoted at the 100+ tier.
The most-googled questions about custom t-shirt printing in Cyprus, answered honestly. If yours isn't here, email us — we usually reply within an hour on weekdays.
Yes. Every product on shirtaki.io is print-on-demand at qty 1. Same blank, same DTG/DTF print, same wash durability. The retail price on the product page is the all-in price — no setup fee added on top.
From artwork approval: 3–5 working days production + 4–7 working days transit inside Cyprus = 7–12 working days total to your door. Greece is the same range. We're transparent about this — the "24-hour shipping" claims you see on competitor sites are usually only printing time, not delivery.
No — we run DTF instead, the modern equivalent. DTF gives you the same vivid, opaque, durable finish people associate with screen printing, but without screen-burning fees, ink-mixing setup or 25-piece minimums per colour. For 99% of jobs DTF is faster and cheaper. Full comparison here.
No — we only print on blanks supplied through our EU production network. The reason is quality control: with customer-supplied garments we can't guarantee colourfastness, fabric composition, or how the blank will react to heat-press. Compromising on that breaks the wash-durability promise.
Standard print area is up to 30 × 40 cm on the front and 30 × 40 cm on the back, plus optional sleeve and chest-tag prints. For full-bleed allover prints (sublimation) we use a different process — ask in your brief.
For orders above 50 units we strongly recommend it — paid sample at the 1-piece price, and the cost is credited against your bulk invoice once you approve. For runs above 200 units, sample is non-negotiable. It saves you from "the print is 8% smaller than I wanted on 200 shirts" disasters.
DTG uses water-based, OEKO-TEX certified pigment inks — no PVC, no phthalates, less wastewater than traditional screen printing. DTF inks are also OEKO-TEX certified. Our cotton blanks come from EU mills that we audit for certification (GOTS organic available on request).
Yes. EU VAT-registered businesses can supply their VAT number for reverse-charge invoicing. Companies registered in Cyprus get a Cyprus VAT invoice. For corporate procurement, we accept bank transfer, card, and PO-based billing for orders above €1,500.
We re-print or refund — whichever you prefer — for any garment with a print defect, fabric flaw or wrong size against the order. 30-day window from delivery. Email a photo, that's the entire process. No "RMA forms" or 14-step return labels.
