- Send the brief. Email us your school name, year/form, hoodie colour preference and any rough idea — even a phone snap of a sketch. We reply within one working day with two design directions and an indicative price-per-piece based on rough headcount. No commitment.
- Approve the mockup. Once the direction's locked, you'll get a digital mockup showing front, back and side of the hoodie with the design exactly to scale. We rework it as many times as needed — most classes settle on a final design after two rounds of feedback.
- Collect names & sizes. We send a Google Sheet template (or you use your own). Students fill in their full name as it should appear on the back, plus their hoodie size. Late entries are no problem — we hold the order open up to the production-start deadline.
- Print, pack, deliver. Each hoodie is individually bagged with the student's name on the bag. The whole batch arrives in one box to the school office or to the parent-rep address — your choice. Two weeks from final names list to delivery is the standard turnaround.

Greek & Cypriot names with diacritics, Cyrillic, Arabic or any non-Latin alphabet are no problem — just send the name list exactly as it should appear on the hoodie. Nicknames in brackets work too: "Andreas (Andrew)" reproduces exactly as written. Students who want only a nickname or initials can have it; just flag it in the spreadsheet.

For oversized cuts, advise students to order their normal regular-fit size, not size up — the hoodie is already cut oversized. For regular cuts, students who are between sizes should pick the larger one. We send a printed size chart in cm with the spreadsheet template, and a sample hoodie can be lent out for a fitting session if the school is in Nicosia (we drop it off, pick it up two days later). The combination of those two things drops resize requests to under 5%.

What's the minimum class size for leavers hoodies?
15 students. Below that the per-piece price climbs above €35 and the maths stops making sense for most parents. Above 15 we can run any class size — we've done full year-groups of 200+.
How much do school leavers hoodies cost in Cyprus?
For a 30-student class on a standard 320 g/m² hoodie with chest crest + names on the back, around €27–€30 per piece. Premium 400 g/m² oversized hoodies are ~€34/piece. Both prices include double-side print, individual bagging and single-box delivery to the school.
Can each student pay individually?
Yes. We set up a private Shopify product link for your class — each student orders their own hoodie at the agreed price, and we ship them all together once the order window closes. The parent-rep doesn't handle anyone's money. Recommended for classes of 50+ where collecting cash gets messy.
How long does it take to make leavers hoodies?
Two weeks from final design + names sign-off to delivery in Cyprus. We can run a rush timeline of 9–11 days for an additional €3/piece if your ceremony is closer.
Do you do leavers hoodies for primary schools too?
Yes. We stock children's hoodie blanks in sizes 3–4 to 13–14 in standard 280 g/m² weight (lighter than adult). Pricing is similar to the adult standard hoodie. Many primary leavers' classes go for matching parent hoodies in adult sizes too — same design, child + adult side-by-side.
Can I print Greek names with accents (Νικόλας, Ελένη, Σοφία)?
Yes, exactly as you write them. Our DTF process prints any character — Latin, Greek, Cypriot diacritics, Cyrillic, Arabic. Just send the name list in the format you want on the hoodie. We send a final name proof PDF before printing for review.
What if a student joins late or wants a different size?
We hold the order open up to the production-start date — typically 12–14 days before delivery. Late additions at €+5/piece administrative add-on (we have to pause the print line to add their name and rerun the QC). Sizes can be swapped before production starts at no charge.
Can we get a sample hoodie before ordering?
Yes. Single sample at retail price (~€32 for the standard 320 g blank), shipped to the parent-rep address. The cost is credited against your class invoice if you proceed. For Nicosia-based reps we can do a free studio fitting session if 5+ students attend in person.
Do you offer embroidered crests instead of print?
Yes. Embroidered school crest on the chest is +€3/piece and gives a premium, tactile finish. Recommended if you want the hoodie to look like a "varsity" or college piece. The names on the back stay as DTF print regardless — embroidering 30 different names per hoodie is not cost-effective.
Can we add the school logo without permission?
That's a question for your school administration, not us. Most public schools in Cyprus allow leavers' classes to use the school crest for personal commemorative items like hoodies. Private & international schools typically have a more formal sign-off process. We'll happily print whatever you confirm is approved — but the IP responsibility sits with the class.
How do you handle returns or wrong sizes?
Each hoodie has the student's name printed on it, so it can't be resold — we can't accept returns for size-swaps based on personal preference once the order is shipped. However, any garment with a print defect, fabric flaw or wrong size against the order spreadsheet gets reprinted free of charge, 30-day window from delivery. Email a photo, we replace it.
